Role Overview

We//'re assembling a high-performance tech team for a global MVP build. Seeking a versatile Full-stack Engineer who is equally strong in backend/API architecture, DevOps/cloud deployment, and modern React/Next.js front-end delivery.

Ideal for those who thrive on rapid prototyping, minimizing scope, and delivering results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Own the MVP End-to-End.

• Build and maintain core backend services using Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) + PostgreSQL (PGVector)
• Develop the minimal but functional React/Next.js UI for key MVP workflows (text input, simple doc upload, LLM integration)
• Architect and implement /"lean APIs/" for document ingestion and retrieval

Deliver Minimal Viable Security

• Set up basic data protection (API keys, authentication) for MVP
• Integrate Appwrite or similar auth stack for quick login and user management

Power the MVP with DevOps

• Establish /"Docker Compose/" setups for backend and AI services
• Automate deployments with **CI/CD pipelines** (GitHub Actions Coolify or Docker-based host)
• Conduct rapid test-and-iterate cycles for continuous MVP delivery

Optimize Workflows for MVP

• Implement simple caching for critical API endpoints
• Connect UI to backend for fast feedback loops

Skills & Qualifications

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL (PGVector), basic text extraction (Docling or similar)
• Frontend: React / Next.js (minimal workflow, state management)
• DevOps: Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), basic cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure/Coolify)
• Security: Familiar with authentication, API key management, foundational data security
• Plus: Appwrite/Firebase/Auth0 auth experience
