Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to tackle complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
