Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and utilizing innovative technologies to enhance client services. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are aligned with a cloud-first and agile approach, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with backend development and database management. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
