Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack DotNet, React Tech Lead located in Hyderabad.


The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating software development projects, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and leading a team of developers. Day-to-day tasks include designing and building software systems, reviewing and writing code, performing code analysis, and integrating systems using DotNet and React.


The Tech Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with business objectives and ensure the security and integrity of the software architecture.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of Full Stack development experience working with DotNet Framework/Core & React
  • Proficiency in Software Development, including expertise in DotNet and React
  • Strong Programming skills, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Experience with Databases, including database design and management
  • Experience in Azure Functions, DevOps, AD
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and principles
  • Understanding of Network Security and its application in software systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Manage development team and delivery as per sprint planning
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a tech lead or similar leadership role is an advantage
