Full Stack DotNet, React, Angular Tech Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack DotNet, React Tech Lead located in Hyderabad. As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating software development projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring high-quality coding standards while leading a team of developers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing and building software systems, reviewing and writing code, performing code analysis, and integrating systems using DotNet and React/Angular. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with business objectives. It will be your responsibility to ensure the security and integrity of the software architecture throughout the development process. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 12 years of Full Stack development experience working with DotNet Framework/Core and React/Angular. Proficiency in Software Development, with a specific expertise in DotNet and React, is essential. Strong programming skills, especially in full-stack development, are required. Experience with databases, including database design and performance management, is expected. Moreover, experience in Azure Functions, DevOps, AD, knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and principles, and understanding of Network Security and its application in software systems will be advantageous. Excellent leadership and team management abilities are crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for managing the development team and ensuring delivery as per sprint planning. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to succeed in this position. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
