Full Stack Developer Internship(Internship to Full-Time Hiring – Build a Product from Scratch)
About The Role
We are hiring Full Stack Developer Interns who are passionate about building products from the ground up. This internship is a 3–6 month program where you will be given the opportunity to develop a complete product from scratch, working closely with UX/UI Designers, Content Managers, and other team members.Our goal is to identify top talent who are punctual, dedicated, and aligned with long-term growth. Candidates who successfully deliver the assigned project with ownership will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join us full-time.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Build responsive web applications using React.js, TailwindCSS / Material UI.
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps with React Native / Flutter.
- Design and implement backend APIs with Python (FastAPI).
- Integrate Redis for caching, sessions, and real-time workloads.
- Apply ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) where required.
- Containerize and deploy applications with Docker + Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure setup using Terraform.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Content Managers, and Product Owners to ensure product success.
- Maintain professionalism: punctuality, dedication, and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI for backend services.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks: TailwindCSS / Material UI.
- Exposure to React Native / Flutter for mobile apps.
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Redis.
- Version control using Git & GitHub.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Exposure to ML workflows (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Internship Structure & Compensation
Duration: 3–6 monthsPhase 1 (Unpaid): Initial evaluation period to assess your performance, discipline, and ownership.Phase 2 (Paid): Based on your progress, you will receive a stipend + performance incentives.PPO Conversion: Offered to candidates who successfully deliver the assigned project to required standards.Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team (designers, content managers, product).Mode: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (flexible).
