Full Stack Development Internship

You will be joining as a Full Stack Developer Intern where you will have the opportunity to work on building products from scratch. This internship program spans over 36 months during which you will collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Content Managers, and other team members to develop a complete product. The main objective of this internship is to identify individuals who are punctual, dedicated, and exhibit long-term growth potential. Successful candidates who demonstrate ownership and deliver the assigned project effectively will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position within the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Full Stack Developer Intern will include building responsive web applications using React.js, TailwindCSS / Material UI, developing cross-platform mobile apps with React Native / Flutter, designing and implementing backend APIs with Python (FastAPI), integrating Redis for caching, sessions, and real-time workloads, applying ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch as needed, containerizing and deploying applications with Docker + Kubernetes, automating infrastructure setup using Terraform, collaborating with various teams to ensure product success, and maintaining professionalism through punctuality, dedication, and accountability. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Python, hands-on experience with FastAPI for backend services, familiarity with frontend frameworks like TailwindCSS / Material UI, exposure to React Native / Flutter for mobile apps, understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Redis, proficiency in version control using Git & GitHub, practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, exposure to ML workflows (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). The internship structure includes an initial unpaid phase for evaluation, a paid phase based on progress with a stipend and performance incentives, and the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for successful candidates. You will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team in a remote, hybrid, or on-site (flexible) environment, taking end-to-end ownership of a real product, gaining exposure to a modern full-stack + DevOps + ML tech stack, learning collaboration with cross-functional teams, and building discipline, dedication, and long-term thinking.
