Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our Tech team. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and creatives to build web applications, campaign microsites, interactive tools, and data-driven platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with new technologies, and bringing creative concepts to reality.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications and platforms.

· Work on both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (API, database) layers.

· Collaborate closely with designers and creatives to bring campaign ideas into functional digital experiences.

· Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and analytics platforms.

· Optimize code for speed, scalability, and SEO.

· Troubleshoot and debug technical issues quickly.

· Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and workflows.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack development.

· Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

· Proficient in React.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.

· Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js (or similar).

· Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

· API design & integration (REST, GraphQL).

· Experience with Git version control and collaborative development.

· Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).

· Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS) is a plus.

· Bonus: Experience with interactive campaign tech (WebGL, Three.js, animation libraries)
