Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
4+ years of experience in MERN stack development, including at least 1 years in a team leadership role.
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Practical knowledge of Redux, Webpack, REST APIs, and front-end optimization.
Proven experience with full-stack development, architecture design, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git version control, and cloud-based development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
