Stride Real Estate is a talent-driven company that invests in our agents' capabilities so that we can fulfill our promises to care for the customer's needs above all. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team.

**Role Description:**

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for Stride Real Estate. The candidate will collaborate with other software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards. They will also be responsible for identifying and fixing issues, as well as improving the overall performance of our software applications.

**Qualifications:**

- Overall, 2-3 years of experience, with a background in Java/J2EE development and hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions (Certification is desirable).

- Strong in React/Angular/NodeJS with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Good analytical and debugging skills.

- Experience with SpringBoot and Flutter is preferred.

- Good understanding of database and transactions management.

- Experience with architecting and delivering reliable, secure, cost-optimized, performance-efficient, and operationally excellent solutions on-premises and/or the cloud.

- Experience with at least one No-SQL database (DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability).

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for cloud end-to-end architecture, including security, networking, provisioning, and management.

- Produces well-written documentation and manuals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications.

- Collaborate with other Software Development Engineers to build highly interactive and data-driven applications that seamlessly scale across the entire company.

- Identify and fix issues, improving overall performance.

- Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Engineers.

- Review the code pushed by Junior Engineers to ensure high code quality.

- Drive the completion of projects from start to end.
