About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end – from backend APIs to frontend UI. You will work on our healthcare/EMR platform, building secure, scalable modules for doctors, patients, labs, pharmacy, and admins.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end web applications for our healthcare platform.
• Build secure, scalable backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and/or Node.js.
• Develop responsive, modern UIs using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and write efficient queries.
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Write unit/integration tests and help maintain a stable production environment.
• Document features, APIs, and technical decisions where needed.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Backend: Spring Boot with Java (mandatory), Node.js (good to have)
• Frontend: React.js and Next.js
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience with database design and working with SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) or NoSQL.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend patterns.
• Familiarity with Git / version control and basic DevOps workflows (build, deploy).
• Ability to break down requirements into clean, modular, reusable components and services.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have / Plus Points

• Experience in healthcare / EMR / hospital information systems.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of security practices (encryption, data privacy, secure APIs).
• Experience with WebSockets / real-time features (notifications, chat, live dashboards).
• Familiarity with DICOM / PACS / HL7 or medical imaging workflows (nice to have).
