Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, pixel-perfect mobile applications using Flutter (iOS + Android).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences.
• Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and smooth animations.
• Translate designs (Figma, XD) into beautiful Flutter code.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc).
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with good documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve app issues across platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building Flutter apps.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and common Flutter libraries.
• Solid grasp of state management techniques (Provider / Bloc / Riverpod).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and async programming.
• Experience publishing apps on the Play Store / App Store.
• Version control using Git.
• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or real-time features (sockets).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Knowledge of Material Design and custom UI components.
• Prior startup experience or interest in the health-tech space.
