We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems with modern tools like Node.js, TypeScript, MYSql, Web3, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Docker. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and blockchain engineers to deliver seamless, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate backend systems with blockchain technologies using Web3.js or ethers.js, enabling interaction with smart contracts and Ethereum-compatible chains.
• Build and manage message-driven systems using RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka to support event-based architecture and distributed services.
• Dockerize backend services to streamline deployment and support scaling in containerized environments.
• Optimize code and backend architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and blockchain teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and internal standards.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices in API development and blockchain integrations.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Actively participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for developing scalable and maintainable backend applications.
• Hands-on experience with Web3.js or ethers.js for blockchain integration and smart contract interaction.
• Practical knowledge of message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka for building distributed and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in Docker for containerizing applications and streamlining deployment workflows.
• Experienced in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication between services.
• Well-versed with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent, including schema design and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and building distributed systems for large-scale applications.
• Familiar with Git, version control best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automatedtesting tools for continuous integration and delivery.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
