About the Role

RTH Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our innovative technology team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across all layers.
• Participate in application architecture and feature design discussions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix defects efficiently.
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge bases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Back-end expertise with Node.js, Python, Django, Java, Ruby on Rails, PHP.
• Database experience: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs & microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Git & version control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with TDD & automated testing frameworks.
