Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who can confidently handle both frontend and backend work. You’ll be taking ideas from zero to deployment, setting up scalable architectures, and directly shaping our product from Day 1.

This is not a “just code what we say” role — this is a core team position where your decisions will define the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend & backend
• Develop responsive, modern UI using frameworks like React / Next.js / Vue
• Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js / Django / FastAPI / Express
• Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and write optimized queries
• Integrate third-party APIs & cloud services
• Work closely with founders on architecture, design, and product direction
• Maintain version control (Git) and follow clean code practices
• Handle basic DevOps, deployments, and server monitoring (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Identify performance issues and implement solutions proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript on both front & backend
• Hands-on with React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong backend knowledge in Node.js / Python (Django/FastAPI)
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and cloud deployments
• Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker (bonus)
• Problem-solving mindset and startup-friendly adaptability
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience (or strong projects/GitHub for freshers)

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
• Worked previously in a startup or small agile team
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles
• Experience with AI-driven apps, LLM integration, Firebase, or WebSockets(We have in-house AI Developer also)
