Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Technical Requirements: 3–5 years of practical experience building and deploying full-stack applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex engineering problems. Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB . Demonstrated experience in taking complete ownership of features — from ideation and planning to development, testing, and deployment. Ability to work efficiently in high-responsibility, fast-moving environments , where adaptability and self-motivation are essential. What You’ll Do: Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to design, build, test, and launch impactful product features. Take full ownership of core components of the application stack , ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Work closely with founders and designers to help shape the direction of the product, contributing ideas and feedback from an engineering perspective. Be an active contributor to our CI/CD pipeline , continuously delivering and deploying code to production environments. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and process improvements , fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
