Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

Kauvery Hospital seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to lead our development team. You'll build scalable web and mobile applications for patient management, healthcare operations, and digital health solutions while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

• Lead and mentor development team, conduct code reviews
• Participate in sprint planning, provide estimates, guide technical decisions
• Establish coding standards and best practices Backend Development
• Design scalable backend systems and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Build RESTful APIs with JWT/OAuth2 authentication
• Implement queues, cron jobs, and event-driven architecture Full Stack Development Develop front-end applications using React/React Native Integrate payment gateways, SMS/Email, and tele-medicine platforms Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance DevOps & Quality Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Implement security best practices and healthcare compliance
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1 to 5 years as Full Stack Developer with strong back-end focus
• Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers
• Agile/Scrum methodology expertise

Technical Skills

• Back-end: Node.js/Python/Java/PHP, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns
• Front-end: React, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, query optimisation
• API: RESTful design, JWT/OAuth2, third-party integrations
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI), Docker (plus)
• Architecture: Micro-services, queues, event-driven systems

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments

Preferred

• Healthcare/HIPAA-compliant application experience
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR standards
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹321,247.92 - ₹505,730.77 per year
