Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and building scalable web applications, managing both front-end and back-end technologies, and leading cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of web and mobile applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to implement high-quality technical solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end and back-end applications. Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and process. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement features. Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security. Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS State management tools (Redux, TanStack Query, Zustand, etc.) Experience with Angular, Vue.js, React Native is a plus. Experience with Firebase, frontend performance optimization. Strong experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Microservices Database experience: SQL & NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ORM/ODM tools (e.g., Prisma, Drizzle, Mongoose) Experience integrating services like Google Maps API Strong understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Deployment & rollback strategy Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices orchestration. Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology. Strong grasp of system design, distributed architecture, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
