About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP Laravel and React.js. This role is heavily R&D-oriented, where you’ll be working on experimental projects, prototyping new ideas, and solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in uncertainty, enjoys exploring new approaches, and can turn abstract concepts into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Laravel (backend) and React (frontend).

● Collaborate with product and R&D teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new features and tools.

● Build APIs, data models, and services optimized for scalability and performance.

● Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and workflows to improve product capabilities.

● Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment, scaling, and automation.

● Integrate third-party APIs, services, and tools into the product ecosystem.

● Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Document findings, experiments, and technical insights for the team.

● Work on Learning Management Systems (LMS) as an additional responsibility.

Skills and Experience

● 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

● Strong expertise in PHP Laravel for backend development.

● Solid experience with React.js, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context), and modern front-end tooling.

● Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.

● Proficiency with RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).

● Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

● Comfort with R&D-style work: rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and experimenting with new solutions.

● Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in ambiguous problem spaces.

Bonus Points

● Experience with TypeScript in React projects.

● Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.

● Background in AI/ML integrations or interest in emerging technologies.

● Contributions to open-source projects or personal R&D side projects.

Pay: ₹334,278.82 - ₹1,529,390.80 per year
