Role Structure (Equity-Based)

• Part-time, equity-only role initially
• No fixed salary until funding or stable revenue
• Equity process:
• 3–4 alignment discussions
• 1-month NDA-based working cohort
• Technical leadership / cofounder agreement
• Equity allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
• 5-year vesting model
• Fixed compensation begins after funding
• Fully remote role
  

Role: Full Stack Developer (Product, Platform & Scale)

building and owning Kefilo’s core tech stack

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend)
• Build and maintain Kefilo’s website, dashboards, and internal tools
• Develop systems for:
• B2B client onboarding & management
• Wellness events & lead management
• Content, subscriptions, and future e-commerce
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools as required
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Work closely with the founder, operations, and branding teams
• Translate evolving business needs into clean, usable tech products
  

Tech Expectations (Flexible, Not Rigid)

problem-solving ability

• Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue / modern JS frameworks
• Backend: Node.js / Python / Django / FastAPI / similar
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Vercel / Docker (basic understanding is enough)
• Familiarity with APIs, auth, and basic security practices
