Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build and maintain web applications end-to-end using Node.js on the backend and React.js on the frontend. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable features.
Key Responsibilities
Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.jsDevelop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS)Integrate frontend with backend services/APIs and third-party servicesDesign and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and write efficient queriesImplement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)Write clean, reusable, testable code and perform code reviewsOptimize application performance, security, and scalabilityDebug production issues and improve reliability/monitoringCollaborate in Agile/Scrum setup (planning, standups, retros)
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full stack developmentStrong hands-on experience with:React.js (Hooks, Component architecture, state management)Node.js with frameworks like Express.js or NestJSSolid understanding of:javaScript/TypeScript, ES6+API design (REST; GraphQL is a plus)Database systems: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQLGit, CI/CD basicsExperience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive designGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good to Have (Preferred)
TypeScript proficiencyExperience with Next.jsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Docker & containerization, Kubernetes basicsTesting frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)Redis/queues (BullMQ/RabbitMQ), websocketsFamiliarity with microservices/event-driven architecture
