Skill Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js , including Hooks , Context API , and component-based architecture Solid knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript (ES6+) , and responsive design Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or equivalent Backend: Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs Solid understanding of asynchronous programming , error handling, and middleware Database: Good working knowledge of MongoDB , Supabase including schema design and query optimization General: Version control using Git Familiarity with Agile development , Jira, or related workflows Bonus: Exposure to Docker , CI/CD pipelines , or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience working on MERN stack projects Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding habits Willing to work from the Surat office (on-site only) Good team communication and ability to handle project deadlines Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies Experience working on SaaS platforms or AI-integrated applications will be considered a plus Description As a MERN Stack Developer at KCIPL, you will be responsible for building scalable and user-centric web applications. You’ll work on both frontend and backend development using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product teams, and fellow developers Writing clean and modular code with proper documentation Participating in code reviews and agile stand-ups Troubleshooting and optimizing performance ??
