You will play a pivotal role in developing complex applications and websites for the global market, leveraging your deep expertise in the MERN stack. Role : Full Stack MERN Developer Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (Full-time, On-site) Position Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2-5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our applications. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various web development technologies and frameworks and capable of working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on performance and user experience. Design, build, and maintain APIs and back-end services, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimize performance, and conduct code reviews to maintain a high standard of quality. Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are functioning smoothly. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and integrate them into operations and activities where applicable. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development. Front-End : Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Back-End : Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Database : Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). API Development : Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Version Control : Proficiency in using Git and GitHub/GitLab. DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI), containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Testing : Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium). Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, or other front-end build tools. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with serverless architecture. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10). Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
