Job Description

We are hiring a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js. These tools are essential for our development workflow, and the ideal candidate must be confident in building scalable applications using the MERN stack. The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance web applications while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Build efficient and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance optimization
• Support DevOps activities like automation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams for feature delivery
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers when necessary
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications
• Stay updated with modern tools, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js – components, hooks, routing, state management
• Node.js – Express.js, middleware, authentication, API development
• MongoDB – schema design, indexing, and data handling
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
