Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 

  full-stack applications

   using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect 

  UI components

   with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and optimize 

  RESTful APIs

   and backend services with Node.js and Express.
• Work with 

  databases (MongoDB)

   for efficient data storage, modeling, and retrieval.
• Ensure 

  end-to-end ownership

   of projects — from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with team members on requirements, timelines, and solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in 

  MERN stack

   (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Solid knowledge of 

  TypeScript

   for type-safe, scalable applications.
• Expertise in 

  Tailwind CSS

   for building modern, responsive UIs.
• Strong understanding of 

  frontend and backend architecture

  .
• Ability to 

  independently handle full project lifecycles

  .
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, version control).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 

  fast-paced, challenging environment

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
