We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can handle end-to-end project development and thrive in a challenging environment. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) along with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS . The ideal candidate is someone who can take complete ownership of both frontend and backend development while delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI components with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express. Work with databases (MongoDB) for efficient data storage, modeling, and retrieval. Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects — from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with team members on requirements, timelines, and solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Requirements Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Solid knowledge of TypeScript for type-safe, scalable applications. Expertise in Tailwind CSS for building modern, responsive UIs. Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture . Ability to independently handle full project lifecycles . Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, version control). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment . Good to Have Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
