Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver functional, responsive user interfaces and reliable server-side logic
• Integrate APIs and third-party services for data exchange and user operations
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Debug issues, write clean code, and maintain detailed documentation
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

Preferred Tech Stack Exposure

Frontend:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js or Angular or Vue.js
• Responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS)

Backend:

• Node.js / Express.js / Python / Java / PHP / .NET Core
• API development and integration

Database:

• MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

Tools & Platforms:

• Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, basic Docker
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience (internships, academic projects, or live apps count!)
• Solid understanding of web architecture, databases, and API integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
