Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Founding Team (Equity-Only) Location: Remote | Flexible Hours | Founding Team | Equity-Based Only --- 🚀 About FundNexus FundNexus is building the next-generation platform where founders, early product sellers, and funders (investors) can connect, collaborate, and create new ventures. We’re at the MVP stage, assembling a core team of builders to launch the platform and scale with real users. --- 👨‍💻 What You’ll Do As our founding Full Stack Developer, you’ll: Architect and build scalable web/app platforms (frontend + backend) Lead core feature development: 🔹 Startup idea feed 🔹 Community chat module 🔹 Profile & funder interaction system Integrate APIs, handle auth (JWT/OAuth), and deploy fast MVPs Work directly with the founder to shape product direction and UX Help make critical technical decisions (tools, stack, roadmap) Represent tech in front of future investors --- 🎯 You Might Be a Fit If You: Are passionate about startups, innovation, and building from scratch Can build MVPs fast with scalable architecture in mind Have experience in or are comfortable with: Frontend: React.js / Next.js / Tailwind or Flutter Backend: Node.js / Express / Firebase / MongoDB DevOps: GitHub, Netlify, Vercel, or cloud hosting Understand and embrace the risk & reward of equity-based roles Can commit 8–12 hours/week initially, with growth into full-time --- 💰 Compensation > 🚫 No salary at this stage — this is an equity-only founding team position.
