About Us: Propques Group

We're building an ecosystem of real estate technology products that is changing the property landscape in India. Our portfolio includes NextMoveIn (coworking space aggregation), Propques (SaaS & inventory management), and Propclean (facility management automation).

The Role: Founding Tech Lead (CTO Track)

We need a hands-on technical leader to take full ownership of our technology. This isn't a maintenance role; it's a building role. You will be responsible for the code, architecture, and scaling of our live products, with the clear path and title of CTO as we grow.

Who You Are:

• You have founded a startup or been a very early technical lead in one. You've seen the grind and you're ready for it again.
• You are a strong full-stack engineer with proven expertise in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud deployment.
• You can not only code but also audit, optimize, and scale existing systems.
• You thrive in ambiguity, love building from MVP to mature product, and are ready to eventually hire and lead a team.
• You understand that early-stage startup compensation trades maximum cash for significant ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all codebases for NextMoveIn, Propques, and Propclean.
• Manage and evolve our tech infrastructure: GitHub, Hostinger, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, SOPs, and sprint processes.
• Work directly with the founders to set the product and technical roadmap.
• Make strategic decisions on technology, tools, and future team structure.
