Full Stack developer

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Developer who is eager to learn, build, and grow with our team. The role involves working on live projects using the latest web technologies and collaborating closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
• Manage both front-end and back-end components, including databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing products.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
• Keep up-to-date with new development trends and technologies.

Required Skills

• Experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,

and Express.js.

• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Employment Details

• Type: Full-time.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day Shift
• Salary: ₹2.4 LPA (based on performance and skill assessment)
• Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra(on-site)

Growth Opportunity

Selected candidates will receive 2 months of onboarding and mentorship as part of the full-time role to help them align with our development environment and project workflows. this will be followed by 6 month probation period .

Candidates from Nagpur and nearby area are preferred.
