Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with expertise in ReactJS (Frontend), Python Flask (Backend), and MySQL (Database Management). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in writing optimized queries, and hands-on knowledge of Git and Docker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the ReactJS frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Build and maintain Python Flask APIs for backend services.

• Design and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.

• Write optimized SQL queries and manage database indexing for performance enhancement.

• Implement authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and data security best practices.

• Utilize Git for version control, managing branches, pull requests, and code reviews.

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker for containerization.

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Write efficient algorithms to enhance application performance.

• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Python Flask for backend development.

• Expertise in MySQL, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.

• Experience with Git workflows for version control and team collaboration.

• Knowledge of Docker for creating, managing, and deploying containers.

• Familiarity with AWS or cloud services is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong self-motivation.
