About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with a preference for candidates who have worked on AI/LLM-based platforms or Generative AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend applications.
• Build user interfaces using React / Next.js (TypeScript / JavaScript).
• Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Develop REST APIs and WebSocket services using Node.js (Express / NestJS / Fastify).
• Integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI, vector search backends, and RAG pipelines.
• Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) databases.
• Optimize database queries, schema design, and metadata handling (chat logs, embeddings).
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress), and ensure adherence to OWASP security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React / Next.js with TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Solid backend experience in Node.js with Express / NestJS / Fastify.
• Experience integrating or working with LLM/AI services (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to RAG systems, embeddings, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced development environments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
