Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of real-world (no internship experience included), hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade web applications.

This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications end-to-end. Internship or academic project experience will not be considered as professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Develop robust backend APIs using Node.js (Express) or any equivalent backend stack
• Design and manage databases (MongoDB / SQL / equivalent)
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Handle deployment, hosting, and environment setup (AWS / VPS / Vercel / Docker / etc.)
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing systems

Take complete ownership of features from idea to production

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience (internships excluded)
• Strong experience with React.js
• Backend experience with Node.js (MERN preferred) OR any other backend stack (Python / .NET, etc.)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with deployment and production environments
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
