💡 What You’ll Do

• Design, prototype, and ship 

  end-to-end product features

   across frontend and backend.
• Build and orchestrate 

  AI agents

   into product workflows using frameworks like 

  LangGraph

  , 

  CrewAI

  , or similar.
• Translate 

  vague product ideas into working MVPs

  , fast.
• Improve existing features based on 

  real user feedback

  .
• Write clean, scalable code with a modern stack (see below).
• Collaborate directly with 

  product, design, and AI

   teams to turn ideas into shipped experiences.
• Use 

  AI-powered tools

   (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a 

  Full Stack Developer

   (or strong equivalent).
• You’ve 

  built and shipped real products

   and enjoy seeing users interact with your work.
• Skilled in 

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  , React or Next.js, and backend tech like 

  Node.js, Python, or Java

  .
• Comfortable designing 

  PostgreSQL schemas

   and scalable data models.
• Curious about or experienced with 

  AI agentic frameworks

   (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, and product sense.
• Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.
