About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Node.js Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in backend development, along with working knowledge of frontend technologies. While the primary focus will be on backend development using Node.js, familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js will be an added advantage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase
• Implement backend functionalities including authentication, authorization, and business logic
• Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless API integration
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
• Use version control tools like Git and participate in team collaboration
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Stay updated with backend trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming
• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.)
• Understanding of authentication methods like JWT and OAuth
• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with frontend styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Exposure to real-time data handling (WebSockets, etc.)
• Experience deploying apps on Vercel, Netlify, or AWS
• Understanding of Agile tools like Jira or Trello
