Full Stack Developer – AI & NLP Specialist

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge LLM and Generative AI applications that transform user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic and intelligent workflows by leveraging pre-trained AI models such as large language models (LLMs) and natural language understanding (NLU) engines.
• Integrate and operationalise NLP and Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom LLMs) in production environments.
• Implement speech processing pipelines, including automatic speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
• Apply techniques like LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI system performance.
• Design and deploy scalable full-stack solutions—both frontend and backend—that support AI-driven applications.
• Work with vector databases, document stores, and unstructured data sources to enable contextual AI retrieval and responses.
• Utilise cloud platforms like AWS/Azure effectively to host, manage, and scale AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development, with a strong grasp of both frontend and backend technologies.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven conversational systems.
• Deep understanding of integrating Speech-to-Text (STT) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) components into production-ready systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and performance optimisation in production environments
