Title: Full Stack Developer – Fresher Welcome (Co-Founder Level Opportunity) 📍 Preferred Location: Kerala Based (Remote-first / Flexible) 🕒 Full-time | Immediate Start | Be Part of Something Big About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly capable Full Stack Developer who can take full ownership of developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. You’ll be joining a startup at its foundation stage and will work closely with the founder and design team. This is not just another job — it’s a core seat in the company’s future, with leadership potential and long-term rewards. What You’ll Do: Develop web, Android, and iOS apps — with PWA as a primary platform Own full backend development using technologies like Node.js, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar scalable Handle real-time systems, database architecture, user authentication, and secure payment integrations Implement multi-device responsive UI based on provided Figma or Sketch designs Integrate advanced AI-driven functionalities (priority) Handle geo-location, language switching, and platform performance optimizations Build scalable systems to handle millions of concurrent users Ensure app security, prevent hacks or manipulation, and follow industry best practices Work on game-engine logic and data flows as per project needs Coordinate with future tech teams, eventually leading them as a future CTO Who You Are: A full-stack developer who loves challenges and moves fast Comfortable taking ownership of tech end-to-end Serious, committed, and ready to hustle with the founder Can work independently, but also ready to lead teams when needed You might be a fresher, but if you’re skilled and serious, we’re ready to welcome you Technical Requirements You Must Know: React / React Native / Next.js Firebase or Node.js + Supabase / Express / PostgreSQL REST APIs & Webhooks GitHub + Deployment (Vercel/Render/DigitalOcean) Game logic or engine familiarity (even basic level) OTP, payment, wallet, and authentication integrations PWA and multi-platform optimization AI & ML familiarity using tools like OpenAI API or HuggingFace (preferred) Application Requirements: Submit links to live projects.
