Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fulfilment Centre Manager located in Chandigarh. The Fulfilment Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fulfilment center, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipment. The role includes managing and training staff, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. The Fulfilment Centre Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience 4-5 years in supply chain management, Operations, and inventory control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
