Job Title: Fulfillment Centre Manager
Location: Guwahati Warehouse
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-roll
Truemeds seeks an experienced Fulfillment Centre Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Guwahati facility, ensuring efficient B2C order fulfillment in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
Ensure daily SLA compliance for order fulfillment, optimize processes to reduce costs, and maintain inventory accuracy through audits and WMS tools.Lead team performance, conduct training, monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and productivity, and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth B2C dispatch.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 5-8 years in warehouse operations, including prior B2C fulfillment management.
Proven expertise in pharmaceutical or e-commerce logistics, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI).Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with HRMS tools like Keka for manpower planning.
