Fulfillment Assistant – Packing & Logistics

Location: Indiranagar (till August), Whitefield (from September), Bangalore Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Operations Manager Brands: Three One Farms | Casa Farina About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Loader / Unloader & Packing Assistant. This role involves manual handling of flour bags, accurate packing into multiple SKUs (2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg), and maintaining basic inventory records. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all customer orders—both retail and bulk—are packed cleanly, labelled correctly, and ready for dispatch. Key Responsibilities Loading & Unloading Safely load and unload flour bags (typically 25-50kg) during inward and outward movement Stack products as per order priority and safety protocols Packing Accurately weigh and pack flour into the following SKUs: 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, and 25kg Ensure packaging is clean, sealed, and labeled with correct SKU, batch number, and dispatch date Handle all SKUs with hygiene and care, following FSSAI and internal food handling norms  Inventory Tracking Record daily stock movement: Bags received Bags packed Bags dispatched Update the physical stock logbook or Excel sheet as directed Alert the operations manager in case of low stock, damages, or mismatch Keep the packing and storage area clean, organized, and pest-free Follow daily sanitation checklists for equipment and surfaces Requirements Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or FMCG handling preferred Ability to lift up to 25kg safely Basic reading and number skills (to match order sheets and weights) Reliability, punctuality, and good hygiene Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Timings Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (timing may flex based on dispatch needs) Compensation Based on experience and workload Performance-linked incentives possible after 3 months probation period
