Keep products separated, organized, and accessible. Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies. The role involves daily order coordination across WhatsApp, Shopify, and email, and managing dispatches from two locations—Abohar, Punjab and Bangalore. You’ll ensure that each order moves efficiently from confirmation to dispatch to final delivery—while keeping clients informed, invoices clear, and payments on track.
