We are searching for a packer for our wheat processing facility who can assist our packing team to pull, package, and label shipments, acting as the last point of contact for our customers’ orders. You will be expected to lift and move packages up to 50kg and ensure our product is packaged efficiently and labeled for the correct destination. Packer Job Responsibilities: Though the job responsibilities for your packers might vary, some common responsibilities include: Pull, pack, weigh, and label products based on daily orders. Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed. Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Log relevant orders and label paperwork. Keep products separated, organized, and accessible. Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies. Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet wrapper, palletizer, forklift, and electrical pallet jacks). Follow the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Client Communication & Ledger Follow-ups Share invoice PDFs and tracking IDs with clients via email/WhatsApp Follow up on ledger reconciliation, credit notes, TDS entries etc. Coordinate with CA team for GST filings and ledger finalisation 4.
