MBA Graduate for Fuel Station Operations & Business Development.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MBA graduate to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing current operations, driving sales growth, and leading the expansion of our fuel station network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase fuel and non-fuel product sales across all existing and upcoming fuel stations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
Lubricants Sales Management
Drive the sales of lubricants, identifying key customer segments and developing targeted sales approaches.
Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure optimal product availability and pricing.
Non-Fuel Revenue Generation
Identify and implement new non-fuel revenue streams (e.g., convenience store optimization, car wash services, ancillary retail partnerships).
Develop business cases and strategies for maximizing profitability from non-fuel offerings.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Benefits for All Stakeholders
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that not only drive business growth but also foster a positive environment for our customers, staff, and management. Your plans will focus on creating a synergistic ecosystem where everyone benefits.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at all fuel stations.
Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
New Project Development & Investor Relations
Lead the planning and execution of new fuel station projects from conception to completion.
Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for potential new sites.
Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to attract investors, demonstrating the financial viability and growth potential of new projects.
Represent the company in meetings with potential investors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Arrange and facilitate meetings with key partners, investors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.
Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
Proficiency in financial modeling and proposal development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Thrissur Native preferable.
9-6 pm Working hours.
