Job Description

As an MBA graduate specializing in Fuel Station Operations and Business Development, you will play a crucial role in optimizing current operations, driving sales growth, and spearheading the expansion of our fuel station network. Your strong business acumen, exceptional leadership qualities, and track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives will be vital for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading Sales & Marketing efforts by devising and implementing innovative strategies to boost fuel and non-fuel product sales across all existing and upcoming fuel stations. - Conducting thorough market analysis and monitoring competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. - Managing promotional campaigns and loyalty programs aimed at attracting and retaining customers. - Driving lubricants sales through targeted approaches, establishing key customer segments, and fostering relationships with suppliers and distributors. - Identifying and implementing new revenue streams from non-fuel offerings such as convenience store optimization, car wash services, and retail partnerships. - Developing strategic plans to enhance business growth while ensuring a positive ecosystem for customers, staff, and management, focusing on mutual benefits. Your role will also involve: - Enhancing the overall customer experience at fuel stations by implementing customer-centric strategies and addressing feedback promptly. - Leading new fuel station projects, conducting feasibility studies, preparing business proposals, and engaging with investors and stakeholders to demonstrate growth potential. - Representing the company in meetings with investors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project progression. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the capacity to handle multiple projects independently. - Thrissur native preferred with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
