Key Responsibilities: - Conducting gap assessments, impact analysis, and business readiness assessments for regulatory change management - Demonstrating strong technical expertise and industry knowledge in financial products - Leading components of both large-scale and smaller client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery - Reviewing work products to maintain consistent high quality - Keeping abreast of market trends and client challenges in the financial services sector - Monitoring progress, managing risks, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes - Actively mentoring junior consultants within the organization Qualifications Required: Must-have: - Masters degree in business administration (finance, economics) with 3-7 years of relevant work experience - Experience in regulatory reporting in Banks (FR 2052a/LCR/NSFR etc.) - Treasury and/or Liquidity Risk/Operations experience in BFSI - IRRBB risk understanding, modelling, and reporting capabilities - Understanding of Banks Balance Sheet and various products like loans, commitments, deposits, derivatives, etc. - Knowledge of discounting techniques, Present Value, Duration, Pv01 - Familiarity with interest rate structures (fixed rates, floating rates, benchmark indexes, etc.) - Working knowledge of FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) methodologies and systems implementation support - Regulatory understanding of IRRBB regulations (EVE, NII, Daily Gap, NTMR, etc.) - Basic understanding of regulatory stress testing scenarios including Recovery and Resolution Planning framework - Business analysis skills in documenting As-Is model and defining Target Operating Model (TOM) for treasury and liquidity risk management processes - Data analysis skills with working knowledge of SQL - Expertise in defining business and IT architecture - Testing capabilities including UAT planning, strategy, review, and sign-off - Strong problem-solving and solution development skills - Knowledge of Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Reporting - Ability to engage with business and technical teams at all levels, including senior management - Automation and innovation mindset - Proficient in professional English language written and verbal communication Good-to-have: - Certifications such as FRM, CFA - Risk management system knowledge/experience - Experience in Treasury & ALM department in Banks - QRM or equivalent solution working and modelling knowledge - Understanding of Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST) reporting and processes - Willingness to travel for client needs Note: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
