Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 15 years of experience to fill the role of FS Lead critical skills required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting governance, governing over transition/KT progress, and ensuring vendor allocation of right leads/next level organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Establish escalation processes and ensure contractual SLAs and supporting KPIs are measured and monitored.
Set up customizations for VIP/Site specific needs/Engineering needs.
Oversee transition/KT progress and ensure vendors allocate the right leads/next level organization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of critical skills required for this position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing and leading teams.
