Role Description

The Frontline Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets, such as revenue and customer acquisition. The responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing necessary training, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth. Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
