Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Frontline Sales Manager, located in Daskroi. The Frontline Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Frontline Sales Manager will also be involved in training and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate Local Candidates will be preferred.
• Experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Customer service experience and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
