Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontline Sales Manager located in Bodakdev Ahmedabad. The Frontline Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Insurance Advisors & Distributors, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include insuring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, conducting market workshops, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Strong customer relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning would be beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Bodakdev Ahmedabad
• Preferred only Ahmedabad local candidates
