Frontend Lead

You are a talented Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular and React, responsible for spearheading the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. In this role, you will lead the frontend development efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains such as digital marketing, music, and talent acquisition. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying robust and secure web applications with a focus on usability and performance. You will build responsive, high-performance applications using modern frameworks like Angular and React. Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, you will create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces using tools such as Figma. Additionally, you will work with backend teams to integrate technologies like .NET Core, .NET, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deliver seamless functionality. As part of your role, you will implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Modular Monolith and Microservices architectures. You will also focus on building or gaining expertise in creating Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) to enhance cross-platform user experiences. Contributing to product development, you will work on solutions in domains like digital marketing, music industry platforms, and talent acquisition. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and offer technical support. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and act as a senior consultant for clients in various industries like Health, Finance, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, and Music. Fast prototyping and client consulting are also key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in frontend and web application development. Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required, along with proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Angular and React. Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, understanding security best practices, and familiarity with backend technologies such as .NET Core, .NET, and Node.js are essential. Knowledge or willingness to learn Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding junior developers are also necessary for success in this role.,
