Frontend Lead - AngularJS/React.js

As a talented Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular and React, you will spearhead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. You will play a crucial role in leading the frontend development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains such as digital marketing, music, and talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying robust and secure web applications with a focus on usability and performance. You will build responsive, high-performance applications using modern frameworks such as Angular and React. Working closely with UI/UX designers, you will create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces using tools like Figma. Collaboration with backend teams using technologies like .NET Core, .NET, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure will be essential to deliver seamless functionality. Implementing scalable and maintainable solutions using Modular Monolith and Microservices architectures will be part of your role. You will also build or gain expertise in creating Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) to enhance cross-platform user experiences. Contributing to the development of innovative solutions in various domains like digital marketing, music industry, and talent acquisition will be a significant aspect of your work. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews, and offering technical support will be crucial in your role. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical insights, developing rapid prototypes, and acting as a senior consultant for clients in industries like Health, Finance, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, and Music will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in frontend and web application development. Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required. Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Angular and React, experience in integrating RESTful APIs, understanding security best practices, familiarity with backend technologies such as .NET Core, .NET, and Node.js, and knowledge or willingness to learn Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) are essential.
